Place the items in their original packaging with all HolisticNex tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
